Hugo kruger
Psychologist, academic, lecturer and facilitator, co-author and founding partner of NINE Sapiens.
Literature enthusiast, he has published two novels: The Stone Tombs and The Shadow of the Father. Some of his most beloved hobbies are long motorcycle rides, conquering high peaks, and traveling.
He lives in Barcelona with his wife, who is also his partner in business and in adventures.
Claudia Nario
Psychologist, researcher, key-note speaker and facilitator,
Co-author of NINE Sapiens, and founding partner of the organization that bears the same name.
She is passionate about having deep conversations, meeting and working with people from different cultures and backgrounds, taking long walks, and understanding the mazes of the human mind.
She lives in Barcelona, is married, and has a daughter.
Leonid Frolov
Personal Development and Leadership Coach, faculty member of Co-active Training Institute. He has very diverse interests and background. Leonid holds master’s degree in linguistics and bachelor’s in science, and he traveled around the world extensively.
Leonid is passionate about human potential and development, biology and neuroscience. He loves nature, spending time by the sea. Culture, literature have always been an essential part of Leonid’s life.
Born and raised in Russia, he now lives in Barcelona where he relocated from the US.
Maria Jesus Carrascosa
Master in Organization and Management of Human Resources and Coach. She has been a Managing Partner, Organizational Consultant, Coach, and Trainer, advising companies in Europe and LATAM. Her passion has focused on leading processes of cultural transformation and developing human resource systems that allow optimization of management. Founder of The Root Coach, from where she accompanies executive women to regain their balance and improve their performance, vitality and health. She lives in Madrid.
Alfredo Urrutia
Executive and Systemic Team Coach, PCC certified by ICF, Agile Coach, Agile People Trainer and Scrum Master and Leadership Trainer.
Architect and Master in People and Organizational Development.
Has consulted on multiple projects of change management cultural transformation, high performance teams, innovation, talent, mentoring and talent development.
He is based in Madrid, from where he travels leading projects in Spain and Latin America.
