These programs have been designed to accompany Leaders at three different levels of evolution within the organization. Each program focuses on the most characteristic challenges facing leaders at that level.

Leading Self
This program is aimed at Leaders who want to know themselves better and use that knowledge to improve their ability to lead and relate to people in their organizational environment.

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

Know different styles of leadership and understand how they are related to personality.
Understand how their personality determines their perception and decision making,
Identify their central features, main strengths, potentialities and points of improvement.
Use the model to improve their Interpersonal relationships and their communication.

Build a Personal Work Plan (PPT), based on the best leadership development practices

Leading Teams
The purpose of this program is to develop skills to lead a team of direct and indirect reports. We help participants to discover and strengthen their own leadership style, to then provide them with tools and practices that will allow them to improve their effectiveness.

Leading Organizations & Transformations
